Terms of Service

1. Service

Filaire is an integration registry and interface monitoring service operated by Tonal System, France. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Plans and payment

• Starter — free, no credit card required.
• Pro — €149/month, billed monthly, cancel any time.
• Enterprise — custom pricing, contact us.

All prices exclude VAT. VAT is added where applicable under EU rules.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Filaire to:

• Process data in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access without written consent.

4. Your data

You own all data you enter into Filaire. Tonal System does not sell, share, or use your workspace data for any purpose other than providing the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime SLA on the Starter plan. Pro and Enterprise plans may include an SLA by separate agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tonal System's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
