1. Controller
Filaire is operated by Tonal System, France. Contact: info@tonal.fr.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email address, collected when you sign up via Clerk.
- Workspace data — applications, interfaces, artifacts, and other records you create inside Filaire.
- Assistant data — the messages you send to the in-app assistant, kept so a conversation persists between visits. Answering them sends the message, the recent conversation, and the workspace records it needs to Anthropic.
3. Legal basis
Account, workspace and assistant data — performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not process your data on the basis of legitimate interests, and we do not ask you for consent, because we do nothing that would require it.

Transfers to the United States are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the European Commission.
5. Retention
Account, workspace and assistant data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account closure, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@tonal.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
7. Cookies
Filaire uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication (Clerk session). No advertising or tracking cookies are set.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
